Here's a thought...cold and flu viruses are continually mutating. Perhaps it's been so many years since you've come down with the flu that your immune system didn't have anything in the arsenal memory to fight off the bug you came in contact with. Maybe it will be another 10 years before you come down with it again... Tweet
