What is your age?
Have them as a child?
What were you doing when they first appeared? age, work, etc......

The above info would help understand if they are caused by nerves, hormones, toxins or parasite........

Some suggest copper poisoning, some nerve endings and even some a worm in the pancreas.

People have used POW WOW to remove them...which is all mental, while people like me used Dr. Clark's 21 day mop up program...

More info is needed to have ideas.
