Re: a deal struck with tyranny.....Gaddafi & Blair

Excellent post mu-shen, its good to get a bit of history as well as current reports. Much of the problems in the Middle East, stem from tribal fights, centuries old, we are just seeing the result of this sort of nepotism now. The British as well as the US, have a long history of supporting despots, Iraq is a classic example, until control of the oil was wanted. Seems the same thing is happening in Libya and the British government.

I hope the people gain freedom, without too many lives lost.
