Will crystals still be effective the same as always?

We are approaching a new and long lasting environmental disaster that will also cause changes in our body and personalities. It is important that we are aware of these possible/likely changes to the "inner environment" (like Leonardo Da Vinci's "Universal Man").


Electrolytes might soon become very important to our body. Is Sea Salt considered an ideal balance of electrolytes because it has so many trace minerals? What exactly is necessary,...or is each person's body chemistry so completely different?

Solar flares and magnetic pole shift will cause something similar to SAD but not be SEASONAL. The changes we will experience in ourselves could possibly be reduced or prevented with an extra supply of electrolytes, but the changes in PETS might require more severe responses.
