Well, I have never flushed without first taking the Epsom Salts . I know some people have had successful flushes without taking the Epsom Salts , but personally, I would never attempt a flush without Epsom Salts . The purpose is to clean you out completely of any fecal matter. But, then epsom salts also dilates your bile ducts allowing the stones to move freely pain free and pass from your body. The stones are then flushed away to never never land banished to a far far away land never to cause pain and discomfort again.

Why you have thrown up the last two flushes is only a guess, but I think it would be related to the absence of epsom salts.
