Re: Do Bach Flower Remedies Really Work?

I am what most folks would call a sceptic... I must challenge everything. My sister-in-law is a Bach Flower mixologist. She firmly believes in them. I, of course, said to myself... "yeah, right" when she was giving RR to her elderly father before a plane flight. My husband, his father, his brother were all going to Alaska together for a once in a lifetime fishing trip. I was to drive the car home from the airport, so I rode along. Before leaving the house to go to the airport, I decided to put the RR to the test. I did not believe the RR would work for one second. I was going to prove that this was a bunch of huey. I did what I was told... 4 drops in my coffee. About 25 minutes later as we were riding in the car, I felt as if I was a limp rag, I was SOOOO relaxed. It was far too noticeable for me to say it was anything other than the RR. ( Rescue Remedy for those who do not know what the abreviation is)I had done nothing different other than the RR. Yes, I am now a believer in the vibrational energies that Bach Flower essences provide. Our earth is filled with subtle yet powerful wonders... if we just open ourselves to them and believe that they are there for our benefit.
