Yes, maybe for someone who doesn't have adrenal fatigue or a compromised body. The need for vitamin c increases when the body is depleted. Anyhow, everyone's requirements for certain vitamins varries based upon their condition and how their particular body processes nutrients.
I'm not saying that my body doesn't have enough ascorbic acid. I'm saying that maybe my body doesn't have enough of the other parts of what vitamin c is made out of. I also think there is a chance that the megadosing of c depleted my copper, which showed low on my hair analysis, and is also important for tissue integrity and is usually naturally a part of foods that have vit c in them, but not in synthetic c's. Just an idea.
