C....Let us know when you begin your Spring Water Fast. I'd be interested in reading your posts.
I've decided to begin my Water Fast as of Noon today, rather than wait until 8pm. I've had an acid stomach (since last night) with mild, but constant, headache....very annoying. I tried to do a Stomach Wash just a little while ago, but nothing would come up. Now is the time to stop all food.
This is it for me. I'm strongly motivated to succeed with a healing for my back injury.....WY
