Concerned about constipation with DE
I have an anal fissure & hemmorhoid so always have to be careful with what i eat and my BM's. i need to take DE and just bought a 5 lb bag but now im reading that it is very constipating. any suggestions on how I can take the DE and not get constipated? thanks
