I don't recognise the white object on the blue plate as a worm. It could be a large spore extruding a germ tube or a small seed which is growing a small root. Both breathed in. If it is a larva emerging from an ova it is rather large for that. There are instructions for irrigating the nose and sinus with saline, maybe you can wash them out. Tweet
