Be aware that Electrolysis is actually not permanent as in "forever". The government in the US allows hair removal to be called "permanent" if it prevent regrowth for a few months. Electrolysis does that, but the stunted hairs usually grow back a few months later. So you may be happy with that, depends on what your personal definition of "permanent" is.
