The Natural Healing Paradigm consists of the four fundamentals that address the four cellular requirements "the rules" out of the textbooks mandate are necessary for abundant designed function health.

The four fundamentals of Natural Healing are:
1. Straighten.
2. Clean.
3. Feed correctly.
4. Exercise.

1. Straighten: The body must be mechanically correct and neurologically sound. The mechanics of the spine are intimately connected to neurological integrity and cannot be separated. Thus, the spine becomes very important to overall health. Other electro-magnetic considerations include the meridians and Chakras.

2. Clean: The order of cleansing is: Colon, liver, blood, lymph, and cells. The exception being "terminal", in that case start with the liver.

3. Feed correctly: No more drugs, no more vaccinations, no more "junk" food, no more refined anything. Find out what poisons they're putting in your food and eliminate all you can of them.
The definition of food is: Something that has been recently alive. Thus, the treatment of disease with chemicals CANNOT work. It breaks the definition of food.
Experiment with the diet. Find out what food combinations work for you. There's no set rules for diet. Everyone is a bit different thus food requirements are going to be different from individual to individual. The rule is: whatever works for you. Be of good cheer when preparing and consuming your food.

4. Exercise: Four types. Strength, cardiovascular, lymphatic movement and Cerebrospinal fluid movement.

The four fundamentals of the Natural Healing Paradigm are the ONLY way to reestablish normal cellular designed function for abundant health.

Anyone who is successful at getting sick people well has been applying the Natural Healing Paradigm to do it. That includes Barefoot, Clark, Schulze and anyone else on this site that enjoys successfully returning people to health.
