Absolutely loose the seeds, nuts, and, whoa is me, chocolate. (See the tears?) As to alkalizing, some people do better with it, but a friend said it made her very tired and increased her crows feet exponentially...herpes vs crows feet? Hmmm.

What does work, has worked, and is totally working for me was that detox cleanse herpes cure, Resolve Herpes. Strange but true.
