My Lips Are Getting Worse!

Okay idk whats going on but for over a month now its peeling outside the vermilion border.

Its peeling outside the outline...

Does anyone know how i can stop this from happening? ...I want to return it back to its original state where it was more manageable

Should i just leave it alone and let it heal back on its own?
