wow the past few days i have been on one emotional rollercoaster...really trying to figure out what is up with this system of mine....but yesterday was the icing on the cake...was crying at the drop of the hat ...tears would just stream down my face for no reason.....came on here did some reading and started pushing some salt...then i realized i didnt take my supplemental stuff ..so will take that and salt today .....hoping today is a better day..though i am still teatering
