You are water only or juice or what?
Water only 40 days is brutal I went 31 on water, 3 on juice, 2 on water , last 4 on juice.

I would cut that exercise down to mabye 30 minutes of walking day but you may find very low energy first week likely about now.

I would drink only when thirsty dont' try to chug 8 to 10 a day that caused me problems pretty sure with salt depletion.
I did take some green tea capsules to give me energy and they worked pretty good for that and may have sped up fat lose. You could lose 50 pounds on 40 days of water , 5 to 10 will be water weight and the rest pretty much fat.

I dropped from 258.8 to 217.2 on this last fast. Am up to 219 few days later from water weight regain. I do aerobics 5x week pre,on and post fast and going to start up my weights have done them sporadically over the years but 3x week starting next week.

Best wished. It was pretty easy after first three days or so all my hunger was gone. But it got really boring past about day 21. And it seemed to take forever to get to 40.The juice helped but slows weight loss to about half of water. But it would be easy to do a 60 day juice fast. Wife did 28 days on her first juice fast which she did 10 days behind my 40 day fast.
I have a lot of recent posts about my fast and just now in first couple days of refeeding.
