I had a steel rod put in my back when I was 16 years old. I am now 37yrs old. Im fine, but avoid it at all costs. Had I knew then what I know now? I HIGHLY recommend a good osteopath, massage therapist who also specializes in myfacial work, and a chiropractor who works on more than just adjustments of bones. Any or all will literally straighten her spine over time and give her complete relief. Be ware of chiropractors who just treat for 15 minutes though. In the long run she will not cure the problem. The conbination of myofacial and osteopathic medicine would be the best conbination. Tweet
