I take 2 drops of Biosil per day currently, which is 2mg of highly bioavailable silica. Food grade diatomaceous earth is 85% amorphous silica as well. So Biosil and DE basically perform the same function, to provide your body with much needed silica (which is very depleted in the food supply now).

I feel Silica is critical to recovery in a number of ways. It pulls heavy metals out of the blodstream, as well as kills bacteria, fungus and parasites. The majority of people are badly in need of some bioavailable silica supplementation.

Anyway, I definitely can feel that the BioSil chelates heavy metals. If I take more than 4 drops per day currently, the cleansing reaction is too much. So I'm staying at 2 drops per day for now and slowly increasing.
