I'm on my 4th day of
Water Fasting and it's going well. My plan is to do at least 40 days and see how I'm doing then.
I've had some coffee with stevia but I'll be phasing that out over the weekend.
I was tired the last three days and my energy is staring to come back. My knees are feeling a little better too.
Over the years I've done several fasts of 3-5-7 days and a couple of long ones. A 17 day fast in 2002 and a 27 day fast in 2005. That one ended when I did a liver cleanse and it kicked my butt!! That last one was mostly water with juice thrown in here and there.
I plan to get on the stationary bike after the 7th day.
I didn't weigh in this morning but I was down about 10
pounds yesterday which I know is mostly water and intestine weight.
I have a couple of issues like Diabetes and Neuropathy which I hope to correct with the fast.
