Re: Metallic taste

It has been awhile [about four or five months now] since I was doing Lugol's on a regular basis, but I have recently started taking Iodoral tablets, 12.5 total iodine/iodide, one a day. I started this about three weeks ago or so.

Looking at this list of symptoms I was really stunned to discover how many of them I am experiencing, yet I never even thought it could be because of the Iodoral. I was taking Lugol's regularly for the last few years so I did not expect any sort of detoxing from the Iodoral.

Perhaps I'm not detoxing from the Iodoral and it's something totally unrelated, but this list sure surprised me. My depression, anxiety, panic attacks and such have increased big time. I'm on xanax now and seriously considering going on anti depressants because I just can't handle this any more. I think I'll research the iodine/ Depression & anxiety connection!

The bromide thing is beyond my comprehension [brain fog] but if someone could explain it in very simple terms I would appreciate that.
