Re: Fat Belly after flush
Have you had your thyroid checked out? Your belly fat could be part of a larger problem related to your thyroid. I don't think a
Liver Flush would fix a thyroid issue but I could be wrong. Also, try eating your total calorie intake over 5-6 smaller snacks instead of 3 big meals. This should naturally speed up your metabolism and cause you to burn more calories and help your burn fat or at the very least keep you from getting even fatter. I read in your previous post that you walk one hour a day. If you do this, excellent! Keep it up. Also try to incorporate some weight training into your exercise. Weight training/lifting can gradually help change your body composition from fat to muscle and even the slightest increase in muscle can help as muscle burns more calories than fat even when at rest. Also, weight training/lifting exercise cause a rise in your metabolic rate that lasts some for more hours or even days. This increase in metabolic rate translates to more calories burned even on those days you don't exercise and this translates to more fat burned for fuel. Finally, incorporate some healthy fats into your diet on a regular basis. Virgin coconut oil and hemp oil are excellent. Sometimes when the body does not get enough good fats, it will purposely hold on to existing fat stores and refuse to draw on its own fat stores for energy. Also, don't limit your calorie intake too much as you can push your body into starvation mode, which can drastically cause your metabolic rate to slow down, cause your body to cannibalize its own muscle for fuel instead of fat and cause you to get even fatter even with the limited calorie consumption.
Hope this helps a little.
Best Wishes.
