BF is more important than bmi which is often way wrong as it really doesn't take into account muscle mass.
While i agree with this in general, BF% does not tell us if we have too little muscle which is where BMI can help as another measure. If your BF % is a sweet 8% and you are below the minimum BMI weight for your height, it's a pretty good indication that you should put on some muscle. But yes using BMI alone, body builders with 6% body fat are supposedly "obese" or "morbidly obese" when of course nothing could be further from the truth.
Also I don't think breaking a fast with a steak like she did is necessarily wrong at all... Just trying to give my opinion that breaking a fast with some meat is likely not a problem and don't think she had any.
... and i hold to the idea that breaking a long fast with the most digestively simple foods is far and away the ideal for optimal health, gently nurturing your digestive system back to full capacity, gradually easing towards those more digestively complex foods day by day.
But it was very interesting video. And the updates show she has kept her weight around 120 for quite a long time now so would'nt be so quick to judget her after diet or lifestyle.
Yes if we base her results on weight alone things look good, but nobody knows what's going on inside her body.
