Definitely do a parasite cleanse. Before I used humaworm, I had bad period cramps and bloating among being real fatigued, excruciating stomach pains, horrible headaches, and felt weak a lot. It takes several rounds of cleanses to get much much better. But, after one cleanse- you will definitely notice improvement!!!
Also, for period problems- have you tried Maca Root? You can buy them in capsules. Also, evening primose oil. These have both helped me a lot as well as humaworm.
