So as you can see coffee enemas are working GREAT for me lately and I've been having trouble finding that one thing that will help catapult my health in the right direction.
The reason being that my energy levels have been compromised for the past year. First noticed the reoccurance last spring at school, feeling too tired to work. Which to no surprise was the result of the past 8 months being non-vegan after being vegan for 3 years.
Long story short, I've been doing coffee enemas every day and I'm not sleeping in late anymore wondering why I don't have the energy to just get it 'together.' And I realize now that it's helping so immensely because of my liver becoming stagnant. I don't want to nap after eating a meal (this is a very significant change for me)! My digestion has definitely improved, and not to mention my charisma and attentiveness (not sitting and listening quietly with friends/family anymore because I don't have the energy to be witty).
This is such a big change for me, and I just hope it is something that I can do everyday and still go along with a 'back to nature' lifestyle. It seems to me now that all this time we've been putting the coffee through the wrong pipes. I really just want to find someone on the street with a coffee cup and say, "No, no, no. You've got it all wrong. You put it in THIS way." :) haha I mean, they should at least give you the option at starbucks...
Honestly, I don't even know if I've been doing them right, but this is what has been working for me thus far:
4 cups water with 4 tbsp coffee
2 cups retained 20 min (longer if I can) then 2 cups again 20 min (second time usually stays in longer)
