Back on some juice today. Just don't feel so good on water lately. Feel much better with juice. So just go the final few on juice ,then solid slowly starting day 41. Hunger still zero. Can't wait around for real hunger at my weight could do months and months on water or juice.
I will try give updates maybe daily on refeeding and then weekly or whatever to show how maintaining weight loss or how doing lossing more and may repeat shorter fast like 14 on water 20 on juice if get too impatient. Goal is for sure 180 that would be decent level to hold at for awhile and think would be around 20% bodyfat at 180.
So in a way maybe bit sad that didn't go the biblical 40 days on water only but whatever. Still think going 40 with maybe 7 of those on juice is not so bad either.
