Re: make your own bokashi innoculant--using newspaper

i think I may have started some bokashi by accident, after cleaning out the fridge and getting a small painlful of vegetable matter, including some lefotover homemade sauerkraut and bits of kimchi that must have been teeming with good bacteria. I keep meaning to put it out in one of my compost pots, but then forget about it. hmmm. fun stuff! Tweet
