I am not sure genestra is good for candida. My personal experience was that it made things worse for me and that's because they use some kind of concentrated sweetner in their product... i kept taking it and it's expensive!! but eventually i realized i was making myself worse with it so i stopped.

I now use HCP 70 by progressive but i can't feel any difference yet. The stuff isn't cheap either. Tweet
