Oh my...this is so intersting...thank you so much...I guess we both,she and I, were focusing on the wrong thing...I guess weight loss is not so enormous in the long run...I also did some research on refeeding after a water fast, I have been fasting myself, and I have posted a question on this forum. I think I have more or less understood all about it, what's best and how long should it take.I gathered that following a 40 day fast, one should feed only on juice, fresh juice that is, and watery fruits, for about 10 days, so I guess I thought she would keep losing weight during that time, but if I understood this right, she would actually begin gaining right after the end of the water only fast, is that correct?
I am sorry if I seem confused, but I have been reading a lot about it lately and I guess there is an overload of information in my head..:)
Also, having read your wonderful message I wonder, how can one really tell if they are feeling true hunger, or just hunger. Again after all the reading I know that the most reliable sign as to when we should end the fast is the feeling of "true hunger"...But is it easy to recognise it correctly?
