Hi healthisvital,
As I read through your message I see some areas where you might want to tap for before you go for the deeper stuff.
I would like to offer a couple of suggestions that might help.

"I began doing some rounds today and I notice that every time a do a couple of rounds I get a bad headache with pounding pressure in the areas that i tap, particularly the temple area."

Try this:
Even though I get a bad headache with pounding pressure in the areas that i tap, particularly the temple area I totally love and accept myself. (or I'm still a good person or I'd like to love and accept myself or whatever works for you.)
Reminder would be "this headache" or whatever works best for you.
You could do a closing round of wanting to feel calm, relaxed and comfortable whenever you tap.

You can tap the same way on the muscle twitches.

Once that is done you might want to tap on any fears that you may have about tapping on your other issues.

ET tapping on my issues brings up an endless amount of emotions.....
Reminder could be "all of these emotions".

Take it easy on yourself and just do a little bit at a time.

As things like twitches and headaches come up, tap those away.
