If tumor is "discharge" could salve drive toxins in?

It seems there's an belief amongst salve-endorsers that the pain caused by the use of bloodroot salve on tumours is indicative that it is "working" on the underlying cause, but, based on my experience over the last couple of weeks of using it, I can't help wondering if the tumour is my body's only way it could find to push out toxins, since I have never been a good eliminator, no matter what methods I used, and that the pain I'm feeling, since starting the black salve, is due to the salve now preventing that avenue of discharge. Also, the salve itself is a poison, so would be adding to the toxic load like any allopathic medication would if the body is not fit to handle it. In particular, it feels like it is putting alot of stress on my heart, which is pretty scarey. At her website (I haven't read her book) Naiman states the importance of properly preparing the terrain before embarking on the black salve journey. I asked naturopathic practitioners about this, but they all favored killing off the tumour as the priority. Now that I'm 2 weeks into this, I'm wearing out from the pain and getting concerned that the cure could kill me, and don't know whether to keep trying to endure it or stop and try to find someone who will focus on helping me open up some elimination pathways? Does anyone know the effects of interrupting the black salve treatment and re-starting later? I have yellow that I have not used, because I was told not to start it until the eschar had completely separated and it has only started cracking on one side at this point. Tweet
