Re: Advice on liver flushing plan

Having read that doing Liver-Flush too soon after one another would be "too much" for the liver to handle, I´ve spaced mine out for 3 - 4 weeks apart. Following the good experiences of other LFers, I´ve usually done them around the new moon, when you´re supposed to let go of more stones. Another reason for not doing too soon after one another, is to give the liver a chance to recover.
