Honestly, I think you are over doing it a little but who am I to judge. I mean, water fast, then juice and water, then maybe water again, all this combined with excercise. I understand you want a drastic change but with water and intermittent its all ready going to happen. Don´t you want to take a break before you start any type of fast again? and in this break just eat healthy for a while. That way the second time around your results will again be drastic, you will lose mroe weight. And take a needed rest, experiment with healthy food, see what happens...
Just an idea! I´m coming from a place where I think WF or JF is all ready an extreme measure, so I wouldn´t take an extreme measure to it´s own extreme. I´m sure there are cases of people who have and all is well, but after my experience with the refeeding I had to deal with the shock we put our bodies trough and I wouldn´t stretch it too far. And I only did 17 days...
Anyways, I know you have your reasons and have been researching, just giving you an opinion and hoping to contribute a little to your experience.
