Re: ANTIBIOTICS DOXYCYCLINE & BACTRIM: Strongyloides, Filariasis, & Morgellons

Good reminders!

I've given my daughter (15) 1/2 dosages of the DS bactrim and it has really cleared up her acne....better than doxy or anything else we've used to try to balance her system. She's very pleased as she exclaims, "Mom, look how clear my skin is!"

She is also fighting this battle with me, got the same bites as i had, but isn't showing the lesions...but has intermittant pain, and occasional few lesions.... I'm so thankful that she at least doesn't have to have the stress of a lesion covered body.

Also I am very thankful that i got the lesions. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have researched this to the nth degree.
My daughter and i would be getting worse and worse on the inside and possibly treating an occasional lesion with permethrin or something, but not getting better.

i've also convinced my husband (who didn't get bit on trip to carribean) to start medicine. His lymps in his neck have been swollen for years. He has been passing things in the potty since starting the meds, so he is convinced he needs to continue the medicine.

So really.....the lesions are causing my family to get completly better. I guess i was the sacrificial lamb for this (everybody say: poor you..poor you..lol). This year is the year of fullness. I expect full recovery and for things to be better in all areas of life!
