You really don't want to eat till an hour after the flush. Since immediately after the flush, you will lie on your right side for thirty mins., then, left side for 15 mins and then on your back for the last 15 mins, you will be occupied for that hour. It is up to you after that hour, but chances are, you will only want a bite or two of something or will only want something light. Eat what ever makes you comfortable and no, you don't have to go right to sleep, but you may feel tired and want to sleep. You will don't want to do anything strenuous.
It is a very easy and convenient flush.

I found that it became even more productive after it had slowed some when I went way up on the parasite/bug killer. The productivity of the flushes seem to go in cycles. Just my experience. Hope that all of this helps. Tweet
