I had my right hand numb when i was sleeping. i used to wake up because of my numb hand. It was totally insensitive. I was due to pinched nerves and blood vessels in around backbone (in my case, in the neck section). My doc called this "spinal artery syndrome. he also said that kidney, or liver, or heart my heart but it would not diagnosed because it healthy.

My suggestion is to find a very good chiro, not just a bone cracker. It is not easy to find a good chiro just like in case with AF to find a good doc who would be able to heal it.
