I can't normally have this recipe cause it's too much Sugar for my adrenals, etc, but I splurged today, and it was soooo good. I think many kids would love it too. My little girl likes it a lot, with less ginger than I like though, because she says the ginger is hot.
It's just carrots, ginger root (about a thumb size piece), and apple cider vinegar (about a tablespoon in eight ounces). So good, and I apple cider vinegar is so healing too.
