For the ladies

So I am on 60 mg. of Iodine and my periods have been 3 days in and out. I used to have horrific cramping.

When I first started supplementing, I was 2 weeks late one month. This month, as of today I am one week late but it was sort of strange. No symptoms what so ever and I went to the bathroom and I just started getting a period. No warning. It wasn't heavy or anything, just started right in. Very strange.

Any other ladies deal with these odd occurrences with the iodine?

Did some searches and found some info but just curious.
