Kidneys and flushing

Hi. I've stopped flushing because i read a post several months ago that reminded us to clean the kidneys occasionally. Now the kidneys cleanses I buy are quite a lot of $$ (50?) and sometimes when you're raising a family you just can't find that sort of money along with the vitamins/veg for juicing etc! So, are there any cheaper ways to clean the kidneys so i can continue with the liver flushes?
