Drinking Ginger tea is very soothing to the mucous membranes and healing. Also,
garlic, and the other things others mentioned kill bacteria. Make sure to eat
plenty of healthy Omega 3's (Flax, fish oil, walnuts, etc.) as well as lots of
fresh veggies. I juice veggies (always organic) if I get sick, which I almost
never do now!! My husband used to be on
Antibiotics constantly, and then started
all of the above, colon cleansing, etc. and has not been very sick in many years!
It does work!
