The vitamins do help quite a bit but certain things tend to recur regardless.
I think I need an aggressive round of brain/body/energy detox.
Problems is I get into these periods where I totally forget what I need to do and start feeling like WTF WHERE AM I, which is generally when I post all this stuff on the vast internets.
BUT come to think of it, it is a little bit less severe every time it recurs. So I suppose I should focus on that.
