Yes - right again; fun, easy to do and delicious!! Healthy too.
Started a batch a few days ago: a mixture of mung and radish. Someone gave them to me a while back and I was apprehensive if this mixture would work, because I´ve never had "luck" with sprout-mixtures. I´ve sprouted mung many times - they´re super easy to grow, but this was a first for radish. Had to use a double sieve (one on top of the other!) for the initial washing, or i´d have lost the smaller radish seeds. Today. 3 days later, the mung look just right to eat but the radish are still in their seeds. From your link (THANKS - very timely!!! ) they need 4 - 5 days - so I guess
i´ll have to be patient.
