I use Natural Spring Water, but it's a little too Hard
for the Best Water Fast....having about 200 ppm of TDS.
I agree with Chrisb1 about the Distilled Water. I would
have my own Steam Distilled Well Water if I lived in
the country. That would be the best water for a Healing
Fast.
I feel the Distilled Water from food stores is
contaminated by the plastic containers......WY
