Its Bart and yes HIV is an issue but not really since HIV still requires solvents to extract the RNA from the Bart critters.

Either way this is still and SLH issue, actually SLH energy being disrupted since they are dying.

As you can tell when it happens it, the reaction, only takes a second or two since once those things are accessible they are blown up nearly instantly..
