what is the curse this extreme itching during dialysis and after.

i'm a 27yr old lady have been dialysing for 5years but 14months ago i started noticing this itching all over my body it get worst while on dialysis. My doctos seem not have any clue on the curse or treament.the dermatologist said transplant is the only solution but for the main i am placed on advantan ointment which is lighting my skin an i hate it please help
