Hello to all my Vegans out there. If you are a vegan or are thinking of becoming a vegan, you are NOT getting enough nutrition from your diet alone.

Why not? the fruits and vegetables we are eating do not have the nutrients in them that they once had. In fact, the FDA stated that 98% of all Americans are mineral deficient. The soils are depleted. We Must supplement. OK, so here's what you need to know... In order for any human being to stay in optimum health, they need 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and 3 fatty acids on a daily basis. In addition to that, you will need some kind of protein. No matter what kind of diet you are eating, you won't get all of the essential nutrients on a daily basis unless you supplement. Most diseases are caused by a simple nutritional deficiency. This means that Most diseases can be prevented and reversed by simply providing the body with all the known essential nutrients on a daily basis.
