Schizophrenia, Cancer and Non-Compliance (my mother)

My mother, 58 years old, has schizophrenia since 1984.
Since 1997 she gets neuroleptic drugs (in Germany: Decentan) every 2 weeks (injection).
Under this medication she get a lot of side effects (for example: avolition, dyskinesia) if she doesn`t take another medication to avoid this (in germany: akineton).
My family and I don`t take a stock in this medication in generall, because we don`t see, that something is getting better with her mental disorder.
Under the neuroleptic drugs she started smoking in 1998.
In 2009 she develops bladder cancer. They removed her bladder 2010, now she has a stoma.
4 weeks ago they found out, that she has metastases in her peritoneum and in her lungs.

I know a lot about alternative medicine and I want to do a lot of things to her, but the problem is, that she`s non-compliant.

I think that there are many reasons to develop such a disease as schizophrenia (lack of vitamins, intoxication with amalgame: she has a lot of Amalgam and goldfillings in her tooth).
And furthermore there are many reasons to develop cancer and many way`s to cure cancer (detoxification, vitamin supplements...).

My question is: How can I help if a person is non-compliant ?

The next problem is: we can`t try alternative medicine because my mother has a legal guardian (Noun, warden, I don`t it exactly in english). The legal guardian only believes in mainstream medicine (she wanted that my mother gets chemo, while my mother is underweighted !). The guardian will not allow that we try alternative medicine.

I think there are many things we can try, but it is too much and I don`t know which thing I should do first.

I furthermore don`t believe in neuroleptic drugs, but we are not allowed to depose them.
