Thanks for the info. I did have a glass of OJ tonight. Was talking with my hubby about breaking fast, and I think I kind of gave myself the goal of 2 wks and did the countdown in my head. I think the next one I will do I will shoot for 3wks. I am sure that with the right headspace from day 1 I will certainly achieve my goal. I'm ready to finish though. But it does feel good.

Does the Liver-Flush not call for mixing the Grapefruit with the olive oil? I did look at the Liver-Flush post today, and notice that any sour fruit juice should work....What do you think about Pomegranate? You can get some pretty sour grapes here too...Hmmm. Gonna have to psyche myself out for a LF. Didn't enjoy it the last time I did it. Ugh!

Re the process. I did find yesterday (day 13) that my saliva was really bubbly and thick all day, and last night was the first night that I noticed that my tongue was really clean and pink. Today, saliva back to normal and no fuzzy tongue/teeth all day.

I have found throughout that my teeth and mouth got really fuzzy really fast, and I have been compelled to brush multiple times throughout the day. Today...not so much. I don't remember having this phenomenon the last time I MC'd.

Thanks for all your support. I am going to get the Cucumber/Avacado for your raw soup tomorrow. Been dreaming of it since you posted. Will probably try it on Tuesday if everything is going ok with the broth.
