Thank you Gina for posting all of this. =) I need to look at exactly how much I am taking of the supplements and maybe revise and take more because I take all the nutrients listed pretty much daily. I have a product called magnesium plus that I love, maybe it's not enough...I think I'll try extra see how this helps. I do fall alseep fairly well and stay asleep most nights.

I do recall seeing info on adrenal fatigue in regards to thyroid at Mary shoman's site and in her book. I should refresh myself and take a look at the info again. I don't feel like I'm under a great deal of stress but yet I get stressed trying to get the stuff under control. Yeah, catch 22 for real. Maybe I'm trying to hard to figure it out and should just give it all a rest, fast and eat strictly raw foods for a spin, see how well this goes. I also think I'm dealing with sinus fungal infection and have tried for weeks to get it under control to no avail so I resorted to salt and hydrogen peroxide in my nasal washes this morning. The headaches are awful. The only thing I can think of is changing where I live. I had lived here for many years but when I moved away for about three years I did not suffer all these things while living elsewhere. I have looked high and low in this house to find the triggers and last week came across two humidifier units attached to the furnaces that were moldy...so if those started it when we turned on the heat last fall, about when I hit the floor, and it's been pouring out in the air daily it makes sense I'm a complete mess. But how long would it take to recover after being exposed for months to that mold...I don't know, I'm trying to figure out what has made me feel so awful and not be able to spring back no matter what I am trying. I don't live a toxic life, don't eat toxic foods, don't wear toxic anything on my body yet I'm miserable as hell.

It's got me stumped for shore. lol
