Negative reaction to juice fast?

I have been on juice fasting for 20 days and the energy level has been great.

This week I started adding beets to my regiment, last night I juiced some beet greens also, quite a few actually, and six hours later I woke up with intense pain in my liver-gallbladder area. The pain lasted for about four hours and finally subsided.

Has anyone else experienced this?
