Hunger should be gone by day 3 or would think tommorrow.
You should be in ketosis and start burning up that fat.
Sorry have short memory and too many boards but what is your starting weight and height?
Realize no point in weighing yourself till your TOM is over.Wife is on day 11 of her juice fast but her TOM also.
Maybe that diet gum and drink did make you hungry think it might have that effect on some people but doubt it can stop ketosis or take you out of it. Body has to live on something and its fat when glucogen is used up. No choice. People on fasting weight loss forum on here have lost like 80
pounds in 60 days just drinking

Sugar free gum. Go over to the weight loss fasting forum and check on there a bit.Will give you pm also.
But hey you made it 4 days and the hunger will stop. If it dont' then maybe you are very underweight already. Hunger is a safety mechanism that many say return as reserves are used up. Also after your body gets used to burning fat your energy will improve. But it can be very rough for a few days!
If you have to go to work it could be very hard if your job is physical.I am retired so mostly just sit at home.
But great job on the 4 days and it will get easier and easier as time goes by. Three weeks now for me.
